Changes in arrangement of Stratos Office Center

Jan 2 2013

Stratos 2

In December 2012, after an extensive renovation, Stratos Office Center, located at Ks. Skorupki 5 Street, now boasts a modern and elegant lobby. The new character of the lobby is inspired by first-class New York City’s office towers. KSP, the owner of the building, used the experience of their New York based partner, Silverstein Properties.

The new lobbies, designed by JMW Architekci, include dominant elements in black and white. Stone walls and floor are contrasted with stainless steel and glass accents. The entrance lobby incorporates black leather sofas and armchairs complemented by black-and-white photos of Silverstein Properties’, Kulczyk Real Estate Holding’s and KSP’s global real estate portfolio.

The feature element of the main entrance is a new reception desk – a rectangular monolith made of Nero Marquina stone housing all functions of the building maintenance. The background for the reception desk is comprised of a ceramic wall decorated with the rebranded logo of Stratos. The floor is finished with white tiles maintaining a subtle sheen. To liven the lobby hallways, the floor is divided with black tiles in the same format.

Changes in arrangement increased Stratos’ standard exceeding today’s norms accepted for modern Class A office buildings in the CEE region.
